No. We charge a 1.5% platform fee on payments collected through Stripe in addition to Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee. Manual invoicing and CSV export are unlimited on Pro.

Can I use ToolBuds in Canada and the United States?

Yes. ToolBuds supports Canadian tax presets (HST, GST, PST) and US state sales tax, plus CAD and USD currency.

Does ToolBuds replace QuickBooks?

For solo trades and side-hustle service businesses, yes — for invoicing, estimating, expenses, and payments. ToolBuds does not do general-ledger accounting or payroll; export to CSV for your accountant at tax time.
